Host Family Survey
Once each year, Cultural Care Au Pair invites all Cultural Care Au Pair host families currently hosting an au pair to complete a Host Family Satisfaction Survey. The purpose of the survey is to ensure families are satisfied with the care provided by their au pair, the guidance provided by their local childcare coordinator (LCC) as well as the information and support provided by Cultural Care Au Pair office staff. If host parents indicate that they are happy with the program, we are reassured that we are providing a high quality service for our families. However, we welcome criticism and suggestion, too, as they help us make changes that will improve the experience for all of our participants.
